airelay is operated by the legal entity shown as the seller of the airelay application in Apple App Store Connect. This policy explains how the service processes information when people and Agent applications route work through airelay.

Information we process

We process account and workplace details, authentication and security records, Job and comment content, attachments, Agent application configuration, webhook delivery records, device and push-notification identifiers, and limited operational diagnostics required to secure and operate the service.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, enforce workplace and recipient access, deliver Jobs and notifications, scan attachments, operate signed webhooks and realtime synchronization, prevent abuse, recover accounts, and maintain auditable service reliability.

Service providers

Infrastructure and delivery may involve Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, Apple, and Resend. These providers process only the information needed for hosting, network delivery, push notifications, or transactional email. airelay does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and security

Access is restricted by workplace membership and application scope. Encryption, short-lived credentials, malware scanning, backups, and audit records protect service data. Retention depends on operational, security, contractual, and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible account data. Some security, audit, or backup records may be retained where required to protect the service or comply with law.
